Step 1
Get everything together
In the box, you should have these items
Thermostat &
wall plate

The wall plate comes snapped into the back of the thermostat
Trim plate
Screws &
wall anchors
wall anchors
Manual &
wiring labels
wiring labels
To install, you’ll probably need at least one of these
(if needed)
Step 2
Replace your thermostat with Simple
If you get stuck
- Download our user guide.
- Use our compatibility checker to see if you need to install a C-Wire adapter.
- If the user guide isn’t helping, call or email our customer support team.
Step 3
Download the Simple app for your phone or tablet
